Deliveries & Payments
Ordered products are delivered exclusively within the Republic of Malta via DHL courier or another designated authorised courier or postal service within Malta. We strive to ensure that your VICTORIA'S SECRET order reaches you as soon as possible. Products that are available in stock are packed immediately or no later than within 2-3 working days after confirmation of your payment and are then handed over to the postal provider/courier. Depending on the delivery location and payment method, you can expect to receive your order within
approximately 3-5 working days from the dispatch date.
Please note that during our campaigns/sales, promotional periods, sales, or public holidays, order volumes may increase significantly, which could lead to slight delays in processing and delivery. In such cases, we will notify you about the status of your shipment and provide an updated estimated delivery time.
Delivery charges may vary depending on the order value or delivery location and will be clearly displayed before checkout. We currently deliver only within Malta and do not offer international shipping.
All orders must be paid in advance by debit/credit card or other accepted online payment methods available at checkout.

All payment transactions comply with EU PSD2 regulations and are processed securely via the Monri WebPay Payment Gateway.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS FROM €200.00.
If the total value of products in your cart is €200.00 or more, we will deliver your order free of charge, i.e. no additional shipping costs.
The delivery cost for orders less than €100.00, a delivery fee of €16 applies for DHL regular home delivery.

The confidentiality of your data is protected and secured by using the latest TLS encryption. Online payment pages are secured with the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is the process of encoding data to prevent unauthorized access during data transmission. This enables secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user and the Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa. Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data using their virtual private network (VPN), which is also protected from unauthorized access.
All payment transactions are processed through the Monri WebPay Payment Gateway, which maintains a PCI DSS Level 1 certification, the highest standard of payment security. Credit card details are never stored with the merchant and are not accessible to unauthorized persons.

02 | Refunds
If for any reason you decide to return the purchased products, you may withdraw from the concluded contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, i.e. from the day when you acquire physical possession of the goods or it is acquired instead of you (for the consumer) by a third party that is not a carrier and is designated for this purpose by you, as a consumer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform VICTORIA'S SECRET by sending an unambiguous statement to
info@victoriassecret.mt,
with the subject line "Order Cancellation + Order Number". Please include the completed withdrawal form and send the items you wish to return to the following address:

Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition, or for items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as underwear, swimwear, or beauty products, unless faulty).
Once the returned products are received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding any delivery fees, where applicable) using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer. However, if the claim is accepted (for example, in cases where the item is found to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect), the shipping costs paid by the customer will be refunded to the customer’s IBAN.
